Your first visit
Everything happens in one room with one stylist, so the visit is simple. Here is how it goes.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a style on the booking page and hold the time. Saturdays, updos and trial runs take a deposit, and we confirm by text. For a wedding or prom, book six to eight weeks ahead.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
Bring two or three photos of the style you like and one you don't, the outfit you're wearing, and any pins, combs or flowers. Text the photos ahead if you'd like Jeannette to look first.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Park in the lot behind the building. We text you the suite number and the door code the day before. Arrive a few minutes early with your hair washed and dry, unless you booked a blow-dry.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
Jeannette talks it through for ten minutes, styles for the time on the menu and checks the result from every side. You leave with the style and a plan for taking it down.
The suite
A private room, one chair
No other guests, no waiting area and no one in the next chair.
The suite is a single bright room with a styling chair, a basin and a window. Jeannette works with the door closed, so you can talk through your day, take a call or sit quietly.

Good to know before you arrive
Where do I park, and how do I get in?
Park in the lot behind the building. We text you the suite number and the door code the day before your visit.
Can a friend come with me?
One guest may sit and wait with you. The suite is a single room, so a second guest is better as a text message.
What if I have thick, fine or textured hair?
Tell us when you book. Jeannette styles most hair types, plans the time around yours and says so up front if a style you've chosen won't hold on your hair.
Pick a style and hold the time
Choose a style, a day and a time on the booking page, or text Jeannette a photo first.
