Our policies

Book on the booking page or text us. Saturdays, updos and trial runs hold your time with a deposit that goes toward your style, and we confirm by text. There is room for one guest at a time, and Jeannette is the only stylist.

Please give 48 hours' notice to move or cancel a Saturday or an updo, and 24 hours for anything else. If you are running late, text us. A short delay may mean a quicker style, and a long one may mean a new time.

If you miss an appointment without notice, the deposit stays with the suite, and we may ask for a deposit to book your next visit.

Teens are welcome with a parent or guardian, who books for anyone under 18 and waits nearby. The suite is one room, so we ask that other children stay with another adult.

We don't color or relax hair here. We do use sprays, gels and heat tools, so tell us when you book if you have reacted to a hair product, and Jeannette will pick something else.

Come with hair washed the day before and dry for an updo or a braid, or as you are for a blow-dry. Bring your photos, the dress or top you're wearing, and any pins or flowers you want used.

If you are not happy with your style, tell us the same day and Jeannette will adjust it while you're here. After you leave, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.

Tips are welcome and never expected. You can leave one at checkout or in cash.
