Jeannette grew up in Tucson and has styled hair for first communions, proms, weddings and ordinary Fridays. She opened Ocotillo as a one-chair suite so each guest gets a quiet room and an unhurried hour. She speaks English and Spanish, and works Tuesday through Saturday.
